Number 1             Where are the jobs?

This is for anyone to answer, so everyone can read your answers.

If you have experience or something you have heard about, share it here.
Say as much as or as little as you know:
  • The name of the company
  • Positions they are looking for
  • Pay they are offering
  • Are they unionized
  • Its Address
  • Its phone number
  • Is there a particular person to contact
  • Any special "inside" information (Like: Bring a Resume; Dress formally; Have to know something about computers; etc., etc.)

If you already have a job there or know someone who does, tell what it is like.

If you don't mind having being contacted about this, leave your email address (NOT your phone number.)

You can answer this by clicking on "Comments."

There is a Best Buy opening at 555 W Roosevelt mid-May. You need to go on line and fill out the application. It's through "unicru" so allow about 45 minutes cause they ask you a gazillion questions

Family Dollar is also hiring, they have lots of locations in the city, go to their website, it's another "unicru" application process so allow about 30-45 minutes to complete.
